Great shoe for the right type of runner

Noticeable difference to the other shoes I've been wearing over the past few years. I don't think they are for everyone. A heavier runner is not going to get as much benefit, nor will a flat-footed or heal-striking runner as the heel is quite squishy. These are optimal for forefoot runners. The faster you go, the more benefit you get as the shoe allows you to recover more kinetic energy from each foot strike. They are definitely not meant for off-road running as they do not have a lot of lateral stability... so I definitely don't recommend using them for that purpose at all. I bought these to see if they would work for me and they definitely do. I'll buy another pair for sure and put them on the shelf for next racing season. I love the pink color so I better hurry.

Love this. It's perfect for my needs -- but it's very a specific shoe.

I've never run in a shoe like this. It is a very soft shoe... but also springy in a "strong springy way". It feels like it is literally pushing you forward as you run. If you are running slowly or jogging, it's just a soft shoe. But if you run faster it pushes you forward more. But keep in mind that a springy shoe doesn't provide much side-to-side support. Stay running in a straight line, on a sidewalk or a road, and it's the best. But if the surface is uneven or you step off the sidewalk onto the grass and there is a risk of twisting your ankle. You have to go slow around turns, too. This style is discontinued so I bought 4 extra pairs. For fast running its the most amazing thing I've ever felt.
